Holiday Gift Guide

Welcome to The 2020 Holiday Gift Guide!

It has been a very strange year, but in a blink of an eye the holiday season will be upon us.  This year, more than ever, I think we are all hoping for a calm, connection, comfort, and sparks of joy.

I have heard from many avid readers and people who hadn’t read in years about the different ways books helped during this time.  Thankfully, books can still be obtained.

Top on our holiday list this year is our local independent bookstores.  They are where readers meet each other, connect with booksellers and authors, and where many happy discoveries are made.  It’s an indescribable feeling when one walks into a bookstore, not entirely sure what they want but leaving with exactly what they need.  Our local bookstores are so much more than businesses – they are community hubs and a way of life!

This holiday season, I’m challenging you to do two things: give the gift that gives more and keeps on giving: BOOKS.  Two, make all (or at least half) of your book purchases this year with a local independent bookstore.  If you don’t have a bookstore in your town – adopt another town’s local bookstore as your own!

About The 2020 Holiday Gift Guide

It’s no secret our local booksellers give the best book recommendations, but I’ve put together The 2020 Holiday Gift Guide to help you with all your holiday gifting needs.  The 2020 Holiday Gift Guide has 14 categories, 170+ books, and some giveaways sprinkled in between.  So whether you’re looking for a gift for someone or you want to treat your shelf – I think you’ll find some options here.

Sharing is my love language, so if you like what I’ve put together in The 2020 Holiday Gift Guide, please share the guide on your favorite social media channels or directly with your favorite bookish friends!  Don’t forget to tag @bibliolifestyle and use the hashtag #bibliolifestylegiftguide in your posts so we can see what you’re gifting and reading.

The cover art for this e-magazine was voted on by members of our Patreon community.  I can’t thank them enough, and I’m forever grateful for their support.

Wishing you all a safe and comforting holiday season!
