It All Started Over Saturday Brunch.
I had just moved from across the pond to Florida, and none of my three new friends were readers. I heard it all. They didn't have the time, couldn't find books they could get into, and needed help figuring out where to start.
Between talks about our families, work, and life, I turned three non-readers into avid readers and our once-a-month standing Saturday brunch into a book club of twelve!
Meditations, morning affirmations, journaling, reading, family time, practicing gratitude.
Sipping coffee, tea, or a cocktail and dreaming of ways we can all live the literary life we want.
Engaging in small talk. Eating bland food. Fitting into any molds. Limiting beliefs. Burn out.
Jesus. To-do Lists. A cup of tea fixes everything. The power of books to change lives, minds, & the world.
Here's the truth: We're all at different stages in our relationship with reading. Your version of living your best reading and literary lifestyle looks different than everyone else's. But guess what? It SHOULD. The good news is you've found an online community where aspiring and avid readers go to get all the resources and support they need without all the pressures and overwhelm.
After four years of responding to questions via DM and email, the reading and literary lifestyle you've wanted for yourself is now one click away. Join our community by downloading one of our free resources and begin the process of changing your life with books!
My superpower is helping self-proclaimed "non-readers" start and maintain a reading habit and assisting the readers in having a more intentional and fulfilling reading life.
After joining several online communities and seeing aspiring and avid readers stunted, discouraged, and not feeling fulfilled, I knew there had to be a better way. Reading shouldn't feel like work. Instead, reading should be an escape from everything else you have going on in your life.
