The goal is to read one book per month, but you can pace yourself however you’d like. The challenge is designed to be fun, flexible, and fulfilling!

A Story About Personal Growth or New Beginnings
Spring is the season of renewal, making it the perfect time to read a story about characters reinventing themselves or starting fresh. These books are often inspiring, heartwarming, and relatable. If you’re looking for some book recommendations, here are some examples:
- Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman
- Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert

How to Participate

- Set Your Reading Goals: Aim to read one book per month (March, April, and May), but it’s okay if you need more time.
- Share Your Progress: I’ll be using the hashtag #SpringReading2025 on social media, and I’d love for you to share your reads with me and the community.
Tips for Embracing Spring Reading
- Read outside! Find a cozy spot in the sunshine or near blooming flowers to enjoy your book.
- Pair your reading with a spring-themed drink, like iced tea or lavender lemonade, to make the experience extra special.
- Track your progress in a journal or app to reflect on your growth as a reader.
Let’s Make Spring Beautiful
Spring is all about new beginnings, and I hope this reading challenge inspires you to bloom in your reading life. Whether you’re picking up books that make you smile, challenge your perspective, or help you grow, I can’t wait to see where your reading journey takes you this season.
Happy reading, friends! Don’t forget to share your progress with me in the comments or on social media—I’d love to hear what’s on your spring TBR.

I think I’ll go entirely non-fiction for this challenge:
1. Book with a pastel-coloured cover
*Mary Roach – Stiff
2. About personal growth/new beginnings
*Jonathan Blitzer – Everyone Who’s Gone Is Here˚
3. Memoir by someone of a different culture
*Safiya Sinclair – How to Say Babylon˚
I love this approach of an all nonfiction challenge, it sounds so refreshing for spring! I absolutely loved How to Say Babylon and Everyone Who’s Gone Is Here, such powerful reads. I haven’t read Stiff yet, but now I’m really curious. I’d love to hear how it is and how your challenge goes!
